All that part of the parish of Harpenden which lies to the south of the road called Stakers Lane and of a line drawn frm the western end of such lane to the gate on Harpenden Common leading to Rothamsted, and from such gate in a westward direction, leaving Rothamsted, Harpenden Bury and Bylands to the south thereof, into the Holyhead Road, including the Bowling alley, Harpenden Common, Hatchin Green, and the farms which lie within such boundary.
