DESCRIPTION:
A large one page vellum indenture dated 10th December 1789 between John Hale of Bush Lane Cannon Street in the Parish of Saint Swithin London Stone in the City of London (Citizen and Haberdasher of the said place), William Rogers of Saint Anne in the County of Middlesex (gardener) and Charles Chatfield of St. Anne (gentleman) concerning nine brick messuages built by Charles Chatfield in Limehouse Causeway.
3 seals and a revenue stamp.
Signatures and seals of John Hale, William Rogers and Charles Chatfield.
Includes a plan of the buildings.
Several witness signatures on the back.
